Katherine Howlett is a decarbonisation and Net Zero specialist with 8+ years’ experience delivering practical, fundable pathways for complex estates.
Her work focuses on multi-building and heritage church settings, supporting PCCs, trustees and volunteers to navigate audits, fabric improvements and capital works with confidence. Katherine specialises in phased decarbonisation roadmaps that reduce risk, align with funding opportunities, and are clearly sequenced for delivery.
Katherine manages end-to-end programmes, coordinating structural engineers, energy assessors, and contractors across insulation, solar, heating and electrical upgrades.
